Our build experience and continued relationship with Jim Gray has been one of the many positives in our relocation to Arizona, and we are currently working on a new building project.”

“I hired Steve and Jeffrey out of 7 contractors that I had interviewed. I chose them because they were personable, knowledgeable, had good energy, and listened to what I was asking to be done. I have an older home and wanted an update and changes made without taking away from some of the unique characteristics that I fell in love with in the first place. Steve and Jeffrey offered suggestions and worked with all of the issues we came across in a professional manner. When issues did arise, they were quick to resolve them. They were very fair when it came to the cost of any additional, unforeseen work. In addition, the crew that worked on my home were great. I never felt uncomfortable when they were in my home and I always trusted them to be in my home when I couldn't be there.”

“Bob and his crew remodeled our master bath to include a walk-in shower which was our highest priority. They made everything to.our satisfaction even though it took a couple of tries to get our mosaic stone right. He kept us apprised of each phase and was"hands on" for much of the work. We can highly recommend this company for any similar project.”

“I have used Raven Construction LLC for several home repair and restoration projects. My home is now complete with new windows, roof parapets sealed, outdoor stucco patched/painted and interior paint as well. In all the work Rich has done an outstanding job, he is very knowledgeable and experienced in many home projects. He is honest, reliable and takes extra care to keep areas clean during and after job is complete. Additionally, Rich paid attention to detail and took into consideration my specific requests. “My wife and I hired Soloway Designs Inc to design and build our second home getaway. After a poor experience of doing this once before I vowed it would never happen again; especially from a long distance. On a cloudy Sunday afternoon with boredom setting in, we decided to go out and about and look at houses. By chance, we turned into a driveway that had a hidden treasure, for us, designed by Marc Soloway. Cutting to the chase, a short time later we had some meetings and decided to take the plunge....again. It was a super positive experience and lots of fun.The process or marriage lasted approximately 3 yrs and guess what;we still communicate with each other. They kept their promises,met deadlines,stayed within their forcasted budgets even though we didn't and had great attitude and most importantly always got back to us in a timely manner. “MY WIFE AND I HIRED MILESTONE HOMES TO DO A COMPLETE REMODEL OF A HOME WE PURCHASED IN A SHORT SALE. ERIC , HIS STAFF AND SUB CONTRACTORS DID A HIGH QUALITY PROFESSIONAL JOB. OUR PROJECT WAS EXTENDED BY ALMOST A THIRD IN BOTH TIME AND MONEY DUE TO THE DISCOVERY OF 'HIDDEN' WATER DRAINAGE/DAMAGE ISSUES. DURING THE ENTIRE PROJECT ERIC COMMUNICATED WITH US ON A WEEKLY, IF NOT, DAILY BASIS AND HELPED US EXPLORE OPTIONS TO FIT OUR BUDGET. OVER THE LAST 30+ YEARS WE HAVE BUILT TWO HOMES AND REMODELED 3 OTHERS; MILESTONE HAS BEEN, BY FAR THE BEST CONTRACTOR WE'VE EVER DEALT WITH”
