“I met with Jeff and Mona Sparks at a home show in Orlando several years ago and always liked their offering to update and utilize my kitchen for better storage capacity. In 2012, I arranged a time for Jeff to visit my home and do measurements and provide a presentation on their shelves. I found the cost to be very reasonable. In addition, I found Jeff's product knowledge to be very reassuring, and he was definitely interested in designing a functional shelving layout and fulfilling my needs. He even recommended that I NOT do shelves in certain areas as he did not believe that the benefit outweighed the cost. We agreed to a contract, and a few weeks later, the new shelves were installed. The installer did a great job, was very courteous, and cleaned up after the work was done.
