My initial contact was with Mary to schedule an appointment to have them come out for a consultation. My call was answered immediately. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and an appointment was set up in a timely manner. Scott came out and although I really didn't have any idea what to tell him I wanted he was able to draw up a plan by just looking at what I had to put in the closet and the space avaiable. Even after our meeting he sent me options to further improve our plan and came up with an exact fit for our needs. Their installer, Michael, did the job quickly and cleaned up throughly as he worked.
