“I hired Sarah when my home was beyond a nightmare!! My mother had died and I'd been through a very difficult time, which resulted in things getting totally out of hand. I had boxed piled up, paperwork piled up, wires, TVs, china, you name it.. all in total chaos. I felt totally overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Things were so bad that I couldn't have visitors in my home. She has a wonderful working manner - she's methodical, organised and at the same time kind and understanding. I remember once she had a way of raising one eyebrow, which encouraged me to throw away a tatty old Primark boot which I'd been hanging onto and my favourite expression became "bin it!" I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. If you need help organising, decluttering, moving - the mixture of efficiency with warmth and understanding is a perfect recipe!!”

“At the beginning of 2014, I had Patty (at Organise & Simple) help me with my kids room. We moved into a smaller flat but still had the same amount of kids things (clothes, toys, books, furniture etc.). I’m not good at streamlining or getting rid of things but that is Patty’s forte. She was great. She helped me prioritise what was important to keep and what we didn’t really need. She helped me get rid of the items we didn’t need and she helped find manageable space for everything we kept. Patty also helped me rearrange the room so it looks neater and seems bigger than it actually is. The Coups de gras, however, was that she labelled everything so now my kids know exactly where their stuff is and where it belongs once they used it!
