“I hired Sarah when my home was beyond a nightmare!! My mother had died and I'd been through a very difficult time, which resulted in things getting totally out of hand. I had boxed piled up, paperwork piled up, wires, TVs, china, you name it.. all in total chaos. I felt totally overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Things were so bad that I couldn't have visitors in my home. From the moment I met Sarah, she put me at my ease, suggesting we start with the bathroom as it was a small room and I'd feel I'd achieve something if we started in a small room. “Do you feel buried under your possessions, so overwhelmed you want to run away? My husband and I are in our 60s and have been together almost 2/3rds of it. So excuse most of the Is and MYs as they should be WEs and OURs. I am trying to coax other like-minded sorts to exert both their bodies and wallets into the choice I made to hire Caroline if they live near me or find her clone if they are afar. Once we set up a plan, she tirelessly and quickly set to transforming my piles into keep, trash, recycle, rehome etc.. Once that was under control, we set about restoring to their former glory all of the things remaining. It is now over two years later and, mostly due to Caroline, I am now finishing a massive home remodel. She even assisted in finding all of the professionals for this transformation. Without her prodding me along I never could have created this beautiful home. I have even started to improve other facets of my life. It's funny how getting one's possessions in order can have a knock-on effect. If we can't enjoy whatever we accumulated in life, why accumulate? Above all she is discreet and kindly patient. No job is too big or small for her assistance. Maybe it's just your closet or office or kitchen you need her skills for. Maybe it's preparing your home for your first baby, or your retirement. Above all I think everyone would agree my house looks like MY house, not Caroline's or my builder's but MINE. No declutter- organiser is doing their job if the end result is anyone's except the clients'.”

“At the beginning of 2014, I had Patty (at Organise & Simple) help me with my kids room. We moved into a smaller flat but still had the same amount of kids things (clothes, toys, books, furniture etc.). I’m not good at streamlining or getting rid of things but that is Patty’s forte. She was great. She helped me prioritise what was important to keep and what we didn’t really need. She helped me get rid of the items we didn’t need and she helped find manageable space for everything we kept. Patty also helped me rearrange the room so it looks neater and seems bigger than it actually is. The Coups de gras, however, was that she labelled everything so now my kids know exactly where their stuff is and where it belongs once they used it! And, a year on, they put away their own things rather than dumping them on the floor! It’s FABULOUS. THANK YOU!!”

“Tracy has helped me many times over the years, and I think I must have known her for 10 years now! When I first contacted her I had reservations about letting someone into my home, making judgments and telling me what I should do. But Tracy's service is NOT like that at all. She did a full home audit and we chatted about what I hoped to achieve. For years I'd been frustrated by our storage area, a large room under the house which was hard to access and full of things we hadn't seen for years. We agreed to tackle it and Tracy suggested that to start with, we took everything out. I thought she was completely mad at this point. Three hours later we had done just that, assessed what was there, got rid of some of it, sorted some and made plans for the rest. It was like a massive weight had lifted from my shoulders. After that she helped me organise rooms, and filter through boxes of stuff. More recently she helped me prepare for a big move. “Johanna was brilliant! She completely turned around my open-plan living room which had become a bit of a dumping ground for my kids' toys and all our...stuff. She has a really creative eye and a vision of space and how best to use it. She also spruced up some of my tired old furniture, including a mirror I was about to take to the dump which she sprayed gold (and which I now love), and I can honestly say I feel like I've moved house!
