“My husband and I met with Liz for "The Well Planned Home" as we are building a new home and to make sure we were prepared for the construction, design and decorating process. Prior to our meeting, she emailed "Background" questions for us to complete which aided her in customizing her presentation and organizational recommendations to our situation. Her list of "Things To Consider (easily overlooked) were discussed and put into action when we did a model walkthrough after our meeting. She provided a list of resources and brochures of area companies to consider from decluttering, consigning or donating items, decorating ideas & storage advice for the new house, the moving process and most of all, how to handle the stress of all of the above. We gained such knowledge in our meeting with Liz as a professional. Her personable manner and ease of relating information would be a benefit to any client who is, as she says, wishing to "get their ducks in a row" .”

Since I was across the country from her - we did a lot of email, FaceTime and phone calls to develop and finalize the designs. I initially ordered 4 closets, then a few weeks later 2 pantries - they were able to install everything in one day! The installers were professional and left everything neat & clean. “Lisa Smith of Simplify Studio organized my out-of-control kitchen pantry for me this week. She accomplished a lot in a short amount of time with some great planning. She did a first home visit a week before the project date, where we talked and she carefully listened, took measurements and made recommendations for a plan. She emailed me recommendations for some supplies for my approval and then purchased them and brought them to the house. The project took approximately 4 hours when she emptied my overflowing pantry, checked everything for expiration dates and threw away a LOT - and then set up, organized and put everything in place. I'm thrilled with my new space and now am motivated to keep it organized and not let it get out of control again.”

“After being in our new house for twelve years with a nice garage but without any storage area and the usual concrete floor we finally decided to upgrate the garage as to have plenty of storage area and a beautiful floor, we call tailored living and scheduled an appoint., Johann the owner promply came over showed us what could be done gave us an estimate show us different material options and followed up with a designed plan which we liked very much , a few details were tweaked and two weeks later the project scheduled and completed on time. Needless to say we now absolutely love our garage and it has upscaled the look of our house. We would highly recommend the company, their taste level is impeccable.”

“I just had my closet outfitted by Charlotte Doors and Closets and I have to say that it is my favorite thing about my house! I love the look and the complete organization of the closet. My initial contact was with Mary to schedule an appointment to have them come out for a consultation. My call was answered immediately. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and an appointment was set up in a timely manner. Scott came out and although I really didn't have any idea what to tell him I wanted he was able to draw up a plan by just looking at what I had to put in the closet and the space avaiable. Even after our meeting he sent me options to further improve our plan and came up with an exact fit for our needs. Their installer, Michael, did the job quickly and cleaned up throughly as he worked.
