All the stress of packing up the home I shared with my late husband and two young children was taken away by Charlotte’s calm and conscientious manner, showing huge respect for important things. We left our home as though we were going on holiday and less than a week later moved into our new home which was all unpacked, organised and beautifully clean, almost as if it had been magicked from our old house to our new one. “At the beginning of 2014, I had Patty (at Organise & Simple) help me with my kids room. We moved into a smaller flat but still had the same amount of kids things (clothes, toys, books, furniture etc.). I’m not good at streamlining or getting rid of things but that is Patty’s forte. She was great. She helped me prioritise what was important to keep and what we didn’t really need. She helped me get rid of the items we didn’t need and she helped find manageable space for everything we kept. Patty also helped me rearrange the room so it looks neater and seems bigger than it actually is. The Coups de gras, however, was that she labelled everything so now my kids know exactly where their stuff is and where it belongs once they used it! “Tracy has helped me many times over the years, and I think I must have known her for 10 years now! When I first contacted her I had reservations about letting someone into my home, making judgments and telling me what I should do. But Tracy's service is NOT like that at all. She did a full home audit and we chatted about what I hoped to achieve. For years I'd been frustrated by our storage area, a large room under the house which was hard to access and full of things we hadn't seen for years. We agreed to tackle it and Tracy suggested that to start with, we took everything out. I thought she was completely mad at this point. Three hours later we had done just that, assessed what was there, got rid of some of it, sorted some and made plans for the rest. It was like a massive weight had lifted from my shoulders. After that she helped me organise rooms, and filter through boxes of stuff. More recently she helped me prepare for a big move. “I hired Sarah when my home was beyond a nightmare!! My mother had died and I'd been through a very difficult time, which resulted in things getting totally out of hand. I had boxed piled up, paperwork piled up, wires, TVs, china, you name it.. all in total chaos. I felt totally overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Things were so bad that I couldn't have visitors in my home. From the moment I met Sarah, she put me at my ease, suggesting we start with the bathroom as it was a small room and I'd feel I'd achieve something if we started in a small room.
