“While interviewing realtors to help get my vacation condo listed and sold, it was suggested that I make several changes to make it more competitive with the other properties in the area. I am not a person who likes change and I was not sure which suggestions were really necessary. I decided to hire a professional stager to work with me in making my condo more marketable.
