“Let me begin by saying I already had a huge master closet (one of the features that sold us on home). I had no idea how much space I was underutilizing. In addition, the builder grade standard wire shelving was not representative of the rest of the home's character. The salesperson came to my home and really identified our needs and lifestyle to design a closet that is spectacular!! I already had designed it in my head but thankfully, Pat (salesperson) nudged us to explore other options. He was extremely accommodating and never tried to up-sell us but rather explained the variances in designs/materials and allowed us to gauge what fit our budget/desires.
