“Let me begin by saying I already had a huge master closet (one of the features that sold us on home). I had no idea how much space I was underutilizing. In addition, the builder grade standard wire shelving was not representative of the rest of the home's character. The salesperson came to my home and really identified our needs and lifestyle to design a closet that is spectacular!! He was extremely accommodating and never tried to up-sell us but rather explained the variances in designs/materials and allowed us to gauge what fit our budget/desires. We were enjoying our closet (cabinetry, shelves, drawers, hanging rods and even a valet rod for dry-cleaning) within a few weeks of initial consultation (actually the only delay was our slow painting skills!) “Great product. Andrew Mason, the lead installer, is excellent. A year after I had my shelves remodeled, one of the drawers kept falling forward. I couldn't figure out how to fix it and was sure that after so much time it was going to cost me something to get it repaired. But, NO (WOW), Andrew came out as soon as he could and fixed it right away gratis. That level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.”
