“We hired Dover Home Remodelers for a basement project 9 years ago. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do with our basement and Dover's professionals really showed us what we could get out of it. We were able to add another full bathroom, a kitchenette, a new laundry room and plenty of space for our growing family. What we really enjoyed about working with Dover was that they spelled everything out ahead of time, they met their deadlines and budgets, and when they ran into difficulties they worked with us to actually improve upon the original design. It has been 9 years but we still get nothing but complements on our remodel project. We cannot recommend their work enough.”

“We purchased all of our flooring for our new home from Carpet Warehouse, after exploring several other retail options. Their showroom is not much to look at, but they have a good selection and their customer service is very good. My calls and emails were answered or returned in a timely manner. Estimates, quotes and payment process was orderly and understandable. We were looking for environmentally sustainable carpet and hardwood; and we were able to find all the brands and styles we wanted at Carpet Warehouse. The carpet was installed in a professional manner and we've been living happily in our new home enjoying our flooring for a few years now. They even figured out how to wrap our open tread staircases with carpet to make it easier for little ones to go up and down the stairs safely. I would recommend Carpet Warehouse for your next flooring project. They offer excellent pricing and customer service.”

“Patrick and WCCV flooring provided material and installation of wood flooring and carpet. They were wonderful in not only advising which products were better for certain areas but also had excellent employees deliver the material and install the material. “I had a wonderful experience with Carpet One Mentor! From the moment I stepped into their showroom, and WOW what a variety!, I was greeted warmly and shown carpet in all budgets. I ordered my carpet and was called for installation dates and times within a short period of time. They worked around my personal schedule with ease. I had some concerns about heavy furniture being moved but I was told my carpet installer would handle everything! “My basement floors look absolutely beautiful. Had 3 areas done. Would not recommend them for inside house if you will have children playing on them. There are a lot of sharp areas and is not comfortable to sit, kneel, or crawl on. I do not have children and do not spend a lot of time on my floors downstairs so that is not an issue for me. It does not feel as warm as they assured me it would feel, but not as cold as concrete. My laundry room, which is partially finished looks so good, I do not mind washing clothes all day and have decorated it to look way nicer that an ordinary laundry room! The look of Nature Stone is gorgeous and a great alternative to other flooring options and seems comparable to prices of other flooring.”
