“Showroom staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped select appropriate flooring for the room. Patrick, the owner, came out to the house to do the measurements. Will not get into the details here, but I had strict requirements as to when the work needed to be done, and the scheduling people moved things around to meet my dates. The workers assigned to the job were very professional and considerate. The job was to remove old carpet, and cover the concrete slab and adjacent tiled floor with laminate flooring. Extremely pleased with the results, and I would not hesitate to call on them again or recommend them to others.”

“Recently replaced carpet in 3 bedrooms, living area and stairway. Research included an additional quote from a major Home Improvement Center. The pricing was quite different between them; and we asked each to double check their quote and measurements. Both indicated no issues. I moved forward with the HIC but as we can down to the details it was determined they did underestimate the measurement. They also do not show the taxes. I find this practice very dishonest. Once they provided the corrected bid; the pricing was slightly higher. I chose Flooring Discounters; as they were accurate in their details and honest in their quotes. They are very pleasant to deal with and even suggested another option that saved me money and received a higher grade of carpet. Floor Discounters were also understanding of my work schedule.
