“I shopped for months for wood floors and I called on a Saturday morning and spoke with the owner of Nice Floors, Mr. Chris Brumley. He was knowledgeable and helpful and always returned my calls and answered my emails usually within an hour of my call/email. I was very comfortable ordering from a company outside of my area and having them ship my wood floors to me and they shipped and arrived as stated in perfect condition.
