“We used Karndean looselay vinyl tile in our kitchen because it was the only flooring in our budget that we could find that is durable, can be installed over existing tile, and wasn't ugly. The Nevada pattern is one of the very few that doesn't look like wood. I had enough left over that I recently used it to refloor my small downstairs bathroom. My contractors originally did the kitchen install, but I did the bathroom myself. It was pretty easy. It turned out that the floor wasn't perfectly level, or something, so the tiles weren't laying down perfectly. We just put some adhesive under the edges of a few and it's great. The only problem is that the tiles weren't pushed tight enough together when the contractor put in the baseboard, so there's a little gap and the lighter colored floor is showing through. The kitchen, which was done over two years ago, is now shifting a little too, so there's gaps in between those tiles now. Not sure how to fix it. Until I can afford something like linoleum, this is a great product!”

“Having looked all over Cheltenham for a stair runner and being met with blank stares (and being told it was so old fashioned that no one did them any more by a well known national carpet store) we were really pleased to find a shop that could not only provide exactly what we wanted but could show examples of their work for previous clients and give us confidence that they knew what they were doing. We were able to chose from a wide range of carpet and borders and although it took some time to have it measured, made and fitted it was well worth the wait. both the quality of the materials and the workmanship are excellent and we would certainly employ Deca Design again”

“Exceptional service and a pleasure to deal with. We had a new lounge carpet installed, Paul and Billy noticed some very minor issues with the wool weave from the supplier. We likely would not have noticed them unless they were pointed out. They arranged to have a replacement fitted a week later and very kindly replaced our old office room carpet with a cut off the original one that had the blemishes on it. Two carpets for the price of one and some extra mats. Will definitely be using them for any further flooring requirements. Highly recommend.”
