We hired Cox's Fine Floors to replace existing ceramic tile flooring in our new house with hardwood flooring. We met with Randy and Gary on two separate occasions and they thoroughly explained the hardwood flooring options, advantages/disadvantages of each, and answered our many questions. As part of the install, they had to demolish and remove +/- 3,000 sf of ceramic tile flooring. Their crew was prompt and hung plastic in all areas to minimize the dust. Randy checked-in on a regular basis (as this job took several weeks from beginning to end) and was responsive to any concerns I had along the way. The end result was nothing short of amazing and the job they did to customize the foyer with a herringbone pattern was the icing on the cake.
