“Restor-it did a beautiful job on the installation of a new wood floor in my condo. Originally they had planned to sand and refinish my hardwood floor in a darker color, but when they began the sanding they determined that it would not be possible due to make it look good, so they worked with me to get a reasonable price on new flooring that matched the original desired appearance. The end result was much better than I would have gotten with refinishing, and they were flexible with payment as my cash flow allowed. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for a new floor, or possibly refinishing (with the awareness that this might not be possible depending on the thickness of the original floor).”

“Royal Floors has replaced all the floors in the two homes we have owned and we have been very happy with the outcome. The first home we used a beautiful dark (forget the type!) 4" wood and for the second home pre finished 5" white oak throughout the home. “GSG Renovations recently did extensive work in the following areas of our home: Guest bath- GSG did a complete demo (including raising the height of the tub alcove area to ceiling height) and a complete remodel including spectacular tile work on the floor (herringbone design) and the tub surround with a decorative mosaic design accent and a niche. (see photo) Master bath- GSG did a complete demo and remodel that transformed our formerly boring master into a stunning spa like space. This included intricate tile work including two "accent rugs" (see photos) at the entry to the master bath and in the vanity area. GSG also installed our custom built jetted bath tub, a steam bath in the shame and a radiant heat system underneath the tile. Remodel stairway and install hardwood floors upstairs- GSG removed our old carpet, prepared the subfloor and installed new hardwood floors in our upstairs hallway, bedrooms and closets. GSG also completely remodeled our (formerly carpet) stairway including installing and finishing hardwood treads, newel posts, wrought iron ballusters and new handrail.
