“After 16 years living with painted floors I finally took the plunge and decided to install "real" floors. Working with the sales team at Andy's 5 Star Flooring was a pleasure. They went out of their way to learn about my lifestyle and recommended flooring products that would be appropriate for my daily life. They offered a number of ideas for different kinds of flooring and allowed me as long as I wanted to "play" in the showroom. I never felt any pressure to hurry and make a decision. They also connected me to a phenomenal install team. I am not sure it's possible to create any more chaos than to install floors in a home you live in. “After two positive experiences purchasing carpet for our home, we decided to again hire Abbey Carpets of Tacoma for the remodeling of our two upstairs bathrooms. We met with Bob LaCoste at Abbey Carpets who became our project manager. Mr. LaCoste spent several unhurried hours assisting us with the design of a walk-in shower for one bathroom and a new tub/shower configuration for the other bathroom, including choice of tile and flooring.
