“Jason was fantastic - arranged the do the job on short notice, at a time that suited me. Excellent communication throughout. The work done was fantastic - exceeded our expectations regarding the finish and returned to minimal mess. So it is safe to say - I am a fan - they are constantly introducing new technologies and I have a great rapport with my commercial manager Mark Wallis - wonderful products that finish the BUILD for me. “We installed Airstep Flooring's engineered wood throughout our home from the range Reclaimed Wild Oak. The colour we chose was Midnight Oak as we loved the elegant look that it had and would complement our white crisp walls and black finishes throughout our home. The boards have been down now for 3 months and we have recieved so many compliments on them. We love them!”

“I requested a quote for new flooring for a new flat I recently bought from Shane. Initial consultation was professional, helpful and honest. He went out of his way to ensure was available to view the flat at a time that suited, bringing requested samples, and not only advising on flooring but other potential issues. He mentioned that the only issue could be that the floor needed levelling - but even if it did it would be done within my 3 day deadline. This transpired to be the case... And this is was completed in time with Joe staying until 7pm to do so. I am absolutely thrilled with the result, the floors look fantastic, at all stages I had the sense I was in really good hands. As a single female, I am somewhat sceptical of being 'taken for a ride' but at no point did I feel this with Shane and his team. A massive thank you for what is a totally brilliant job.”
