“Excellent customer service. I saw their listing on ebay for trim tile and called them up due to needing a larger quantity. Vanessa was very helpful and attentive to detail. She shipped me a sample piece to Ohio immediately and I decided to purchase. The product arrived within a few day. Unfortunately, the shipping company must have dropped the box and caused the side of the box to blow out and broke several tiles. Vanessa saw that I had received the box and before I even had a chance to call about the broken tiles, she was calling me to see if I was satisfied. She arranged for the shipping company to pick the tiles back up and sent out a new shipment right away which arrived a few days later. Vanessa again called to make sure I was satisfied with my order. The price of the tile was half the cost verses the local box hardware store and the Customer Service was excellent. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.”
