床材選びのポイント


床材は住まいの基礎となる重要なパーツです。その中で、フローリングは新築・リフォームを問わずに人気の材質です。しかし、一口にフローリングと言っても、色・デザインの他に、素材や手入れのしやすさ、床暖房に対応しているかどうかなど、考慮すべき点は色々とあります。特にマンションなど集合住宅の場合は、防音・遮音性は大事なポイントとなってきます。
