“I have purchased two beautiful area rugs from Rugs Done Right. On both occasions I received online assistance to help me choose the right rug for the room. The second time I purchased, the rug I selected was sold out, but the online assistant sent me several alternate choices based on the one that was no longer available. The rug I bought is even nicer than the one I initially chose. The quality of both rugs is excellent, and both are perfect in the rooms for which they were intended. Shipment was very fast, and both rugs arrived in excellent condition. I also purchased pads for both rugs, and both of those are excellent, as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the rugs and the outstanding service that was provided.”

“Very professional from quotation to job completion. (Approximately 400 sf of porcelain tile planks) Staff is very knowledgeable of all products and installation techniques. They have an excellent showroom and wide variety of products and price ranges. Time frame from ordering to completion of installation was excellent and on budget. “We hired hired Horizon flooring a couple of years ago to install hardwood flooring in our dining room and were so pleased with the professionalism and timely matter of the job. We decided we wanted the same floor in our living room 2 years later and they were here promptly with the matching sample and two weeks later I had a beautiful living room floor!! I also had them do carpet on my stairs and hallway and I’m obsessed with that floor as well. Already have them ready for the bedrooms right after Christmas :) BEYOND pleased from start to finish!!”
