“This was our first visit and it was quite honestly faultless, Lucy was extremely friendly and informative regarding the product we were interested in and explained all the different options as well. After deciding on the piece we wanted the ordering process was easy and simple (very rare happening in our experience). We didn't even have to reach out to Lucy or her staff, they would provide constant updates of progress and delivery. The workmanship, purchasing process and delivery was Outstanding!!!! “From start to finish, these folks did a much better job than I expected, even though I have used Floortown before and never been disappointed. The workers were neat, quick and totally professional. “I would highly recommend Floor Guys R Us! Andre and his assistant were very professional and trustworthy. They were highly knowledgeable about floors, moving furniture, and making sure that the customer (in this case, "me") was satisfied with the work. I started out wanting to do only the living room and dining room. The floor turned out so beautiful, that I had them back several months later to do the 3 upstairs bedrooms.”

“I work in Chelsea and have often passed Aronson’s floor covering. I’ve browsed inside several times and found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When my girlfriend and I decided to redo our apartment in Park Slope I talked her into going into Manhattan and visiting with the folks in the showroom. They opened us up to new and great ideas. We were happy with their design suggestions, and the options they had to offer. We’ve never considered cork flooring but once we found the choice of custom stains they offer, easy maintenance, and that it’s a natural product and sustainable our decision was easy.
