床材選びのポイント


床材は住まいの基礎となる重要なパーツです。その中で、フローリングは新築・リフォームを問わずに人気の材質です。しかし、一口にフローリングと言っても、色・デザインの他に、素材や手入れのしやすさ、床暖房に対応しているかどうかなど、考慮すべき点は色々とあります。特にマンションなど集合住宅の場合は、防音・遮音性は大事なポイントとなってきます。

フローリング（木質系）以外の床材としては、クッションフロアやタイルなどの塩ビ系、絨毯やカーペットタイルなどの繊維系、コルクや石、焼き物などを使った天然素材が挙げられます。繊維系は温かみや柔らかさ、塩ビ系は掃除や手入れのしやすさがそれぞれ人気となっています。
