“From the onset of the showroom experience to the installation of the carpet in my home (entire second floor and stairs) Riemer Floors exceeded my expectations. The salesman including the owner helped my wife and I select the perfect carpeting for our home. Riemer was also flexible when I had to change my install date several times due to a stair project in my home. Lastly the installers were fantastic. Not one scratch, dent, scuff, etc. to walls or molding. The installers finished the job by picking up and hauling away all old carpeting and padding, vacuuming the floors and walked me through each area of install to make sure I was completely satisfied. The carpet install on the newly constructed stairs is amazing. The look and feel of the new carpeting is wonderful and transformed the look of our home. I look for companies with superior customer service and Riemer Floors has routinely shown me this type of service.
