“These guys were great! We didn't have a huge project but ours was a bit difficult. We bought sculpted, high quality carpet for the 2nd floor hall and bedroom, and also the stairways on 2 floors. The stairs were cut and bound in the traditional way with oak flooring showing on either side from underneath. The father and son subcontractors they always use did a great job and finished up in 2 days with meticulous care.”

“I found Chris very efficient and professional. He did a wonderful job for us: the carpet in my husband's office was stretched; the task was difficult because 1. the costum furniture was built on top of the carpet and could not be moved and 2. the floor underneath the carpet is concrete. Once he was done, as an afterthought, I showed him an area on the bedroom's carpet that he offered to fix right away without asking payment for it.”

“After 16 years living with painted floors I finally took the plunge and decided to install "real" floors. Working with the sales team at Andy's 5 Star Flooring was a pleasure. They went out of their way to learn about my lifestyle and recommended flooring products that would be appropriate for my daily life. They offered a number of ideas for different kinds of flooring and allowed me as long as I wanted to "play" in the showroom. I never felt any pressure to hurry and make a decision. They also connected me to a phenomenal install team. I am not sure it's possible to create any more chaos than to install floors in a home you live in. The installation team has gone above and beyond to work around furniture, pets, and appliances all the while doing a phenomenal job of installing my new hardwood & tile floors.
