We really appreciated that they came out twice before quoting us a price, once for initial measuring and inspecting and again with a hardwood floor specialist and a tile specialist...we have an older home that had a large addition and there were some odd things to deal with and they wanted to be sure everything was done as seamlessly as possibly so the flooring looked like it had always been there. They even refinished the stairway leading upstairs to match perfectly with the new floors! We absolutely adore our new floors and get SO many compliments on them.
