“FCI saved my hard wood floors after another contractor ruined a basic sand and finish job. The guys were extremely professional, fast and knowledgeable. I was amazed by their work, especially after the botched job that I had recently experienced. All I had to do was tell them the color I was looking for and they brought a couple of options to choose from. They worked for a few hours during the day, we let the floor dry for a short period of time and we were able to walk on our floors in the evening. They did an excellent job! Add to list Edit”

“We were super excited to start a flooring project in our new home with this company, after they quoted a very reasonable price (much lower than the other estimates). Their customer service was very pleasant and helpful. They informed us about the factors involved when selecting hardwood floors, and which things we should consider to ensure a high quality installation. They let us now what can we expect when the project starts and how long the installation will take. Their crew arrived every day on time and were courteous enough not to make too much mess during installation of the floors in the house. Now when the work is finished, we can not be happier with the final result. Our floor is PERFECT, the installation went flawlessly and the project was finished within the deadline. “i found my glass back splash at Floor and Decor. it was priced as high as 17.50 sq. ft at other businesses and I bought mine for 4.50 sq ft. the price was originally 10.00 but I bought the last 25 sq ft they had. The random glass and quartz tile had many broken pieces however my installer removed and replaced those pieces with the extra sq footage I purchased. The glass back splash is stunning and really makes my kitchen unique. I love Floor and Decor because of the prices and choices they provide”

“GSG Renovations recently did extensive work in the following areas of our home: Guest bath- GSG did a complete demo (including raising the height of the tub alcove area to ceiling height) and a complete remodel including spectacular tile work on the floor (herringbone design) and the tub surround with a decorative mosaic design accent and a niche. (see photo) Master bath- GSG did a complete demo and remodel that transformed our formerly boring master into a stunning spa like space. This included intricate tile work including two "accent rugs" (see photos) at the entry to the master bath and in the vanity area. GSG also installed our custom built jetted bath tub, a steam bath in the shame and a radiant heat system underneath the tile. Remodel stairway and install hardwood floors upstairs- GSG removed our old carpet, prepared the subfloor and installed new hardwood floors in our upstairs hallway, bedrooms and closets. GSG also completely remodeled our (formerly carpet) stairway including installing and finishing hardwood treads, newel posts, wrought iron ballusters and new handrail. (see photo) GSG Renovations is a company we highly recommend. They were professional, courteous and very neat regarding every aspect of the work they performed in a timely matter and on budget. Georton Soares, owner, is a very talented and honorable person. He takes great pride in pleasing his customers.”

“I had Brandon do two jobs for me - both were completed on time. January 2013 1. Install about 1500 square feet of wood flooring - floor looks great, needs some repair from water damage that Brandon is going to complete. January and November 2013 2. Install tile in 2 bathrooms and one laundry room - perfect job couldnt ask for anything better Overall I would say that Brandon bends over backwards to make customers happy and does a good job installing flooring.”

“I have already referred this company to several friends and family. This was the best experience I have had with a service professional. They were courteous, understanding, not pushy at all, but responded within minutes when I had a question. Our hardwood floors were in terrible condition and my expectations were surpassed. We put in new floors and refinished old floors. There is barely any clean up from dust and they worked with us to make this as easy as possible for us with an infant. I would hire them over and over again.”
