“Fantastic! They just completed doing vinyl in my office over a cement slab that had many cracks, lumps and irregularities. I couldn't believe how meticulous they were in grinding it flat, leveling it and making it silky smooth before they did the install. Fair pricing, courteous service and incredible care! And....they did it all on off hours so I wouldn't have to interrupt my business. :-) Cool! We are lucky to have them in town.”

“Landry and Arcari have a limitless selection of carpets and rugs, a phenomenal show room in Boston. Jerry Acari and the Arcari Family are the dominant authority on everything rug. They bring to the table or in this case should we say "floor", endless knowledge and a love for what they do which comes through in their enthusiasm when discussing floor coverings. “I went to Dover Rug in search for a rug for my living room. I had a very specific rug in mind. Upon entering the store, I found they had one of largest selections I had seen. The saleswoman who approached me was very helpful. She was able to show me exactly what I was looking for. I was amazed how knowledgeable she was not only of rugs but of her entire inventory. She, furthermore, offered to have the rug delivered, free of charge, to my residence so I could see it in place. They brought the rug to my home the very next day, and moved the appropriate furniture so they could lay it down properly. It looked great. I really felt good about my purchase. I was very impressed that I found the perfect rug for the right price with such efficiency.”
