“Amazing experience in dealing with this company. Was very indecisive on what type of flooring to use and my flooring sales person (ask for Rojulio) did an awesome job guiding me through different types of brands and the pro's and con's of each. Bonus for calling my installer to verify measurements and the right type of metal stripping to use on the top of my tile. Look out for me for my bathroom and hopefully they are up to the challenge Also a thumbs up for having someone that spoke Spanish- made my transaction a little easier.”

“Phenomenal family owned business, with great service and even better prices. We had Diablo Flooring install carpets in our bedrooms, closets, stairs and loft after we purchased our first home. They came out right away for an estimate and their prices were incredibly reasonable. They came back four days later and did the whole job and it turned out beautiful. We were so happy with how everything turned out, we even had them make us an area rug out of the same carpet that we used in the rest of the house. All in all, I would never think of using anyone else for carpet in the bay area ever again.”

“Floorcraft has been an amazing resource when I built my home and for the many remodeling projects I have worked on for the past 15 years. The store has everything I need from all types of flooring (beautiful carpets, wood and more), cabinets, appliances, bathroom fixtures, to a great selection tile. Floorcraft is a wonderful balance of a large enough store to carry everything for my projects and small enough to offer personal service. The staff helps me make decisions, my orders arrive quickly, the prices are good and they provide reliable service when they come out to measure or install. I've recommended Floorcraft to many friends and they have been very impressed. Currently, I'm remodeling my home and felt great going back to Floorcraft for all my needs!”

“After trying every showroom in the bay area we ended up buying most of our tile here. Better pricing much better service than import tile. Most of what you see has to be ordered. “Friends in San Francisco had bought their floors from Simple Floors so we visited their showroom while visiting. We were building a new home in St Simons Island, Georgia and found the prefect floor at Simple Floors. Only thing it was the wrong coast! Turns out they have a warehouse in Georgia also! We ordered the flooring for the entire house and had it shipped from their Georgia warehouse for a very reasonable cost. Christian and Keven were very helpful at every step of the way.
