“Katie called me very quickly to set up an appointment to look at flooring. I know nothing about colors or designing, but Katie was patient and helped me pick out my flooring and it looks great, couldn't be happier. Everything was completed within a couple of weeks even with a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Russ was the technician who put the floor down and it was a LOT of flooring! He was very meticulous! Very friendly, professional and did a great job. Katie then came back to evaluate the job - she went above and beyond! I am very impressed with the quality of the work and with my overall experience with FCI. Hopefully I won't have to do this again anytime soon but if I had to I would call Katie at FCI!”

We were able to take home many samples Jim was very nice he even came to our home to measure our basement for carpet and he even measured for the laminate (wood look) floor we put in ourselves.
