“Top contractor in New York! Worth every penny and more which is what it cost. I got a stunning new kitchen with no hassle. They took care of everything from beginning to end. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and efficient. If I were to review Top10renovation staff one by one I think I would give them all 5 stars. The work was professional and neat. “I purchased a new home that from the inside looked like it was still in the 60's. So I made a request on the internet for help and found Andru. He came to my house and changed the molding and put crown molding he changed the base molding and also placed doors to each room needed. When the job was done we were very pleased and excited. Everyone looked at it as a totally newer house. That was about 3-4 years ago and still to this day it looks amazing. So I highly reccommend his work plus he's a very nice guy.”

大工の種類

    和の邸宅に合うような漆喰壁を施工するというイメージが強い左官職人ですが、モルタルやタイルなどの素材を使って壁を塗る人も含まれます。施工には特に資格は必要ありませんが、国家技能検定である「左官技能士」や「登録左官基幹技能者」という資格を有している職人さんもおり、プロを選ぶ判断の一助となることでしょう。最近ではDIYでも珪藻土の塗り壁の施工を行う人が多いですが、マスキングの技術や、下塗り、(場合によっては) 中塗り、上塗りとその工程は意外と時間がかかり難儀なもの。また、下地に密着しきれずカビが生えてしまった、ひび割れしてしまったなどのトラブルもあるのだそうです。繊細な仕上げを求めるのであれば、プロに左官工事を依頼するのがベストです。
