We requested to have new cabinet hardware installed on our existing cabinets in preparation for a Holiday party and wanted them done fairly quickly. Having worked with other contractors/ handy men in previous years, I can say Bill was the best communicator leading up to the day of the install. Provided all cost estimates up front, gave a general time of install (a few hours) and was actually really pleasant to talk to! On the day of the install, he worked efficiently and was very detail oriented.
