They were respectful, friendly, tidy and obviously took a lot of pride in their work. We were in constant communication with Bob and always knew what his schedule was. He was receptive to our ideas, many of which came from houzz.com, in addition to sharing his own thoughts. He was very good at taking our random ideas and meshing them together to make a beautiful, well put-together space that flows just the way we had envisioned.”

He started the job by laying plastic over our stairs and as he and his colleague worked they constantly picked up metal and tile pieces off the floor.
