“We purchased a bathroom vanity from Lowes last year and only opened it from packaging recently for our installers to put it in. Unfortunately a couple doors on the vanity had a scratch and were bent and Lowe’s (where we purchased from) wasn’t able to do anything for us but they told us to contact the Cutler Group. We explained our unique situation to Sukhi who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She arranged for 2 new doors for us at no charge and we were able to pick them up.
