Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. Quite honestly Hagerstown Kitchens prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced. Should have gone to J & D and saved a few thousand$$$ as well as a lot of headaches.”
