“Mitch of Framing Square Construction took a poorly constructed balcony that was rotting and leaking into our home and turned it into a beautiful 12' x 20' deck. From the moment he arrived to our home, he knew exactly what to do in order to re-build the faulty balcony. While other contractors wanted to try and repair or seal the existing balcony, which would have eventually leaked again, he knew the right way to do the job. He had great ideas for a sturdy construction and beautiful design while keeping the safety of our children in mind. My wife and I love the railing design and height he came up with.
