The cabinets arrived and were delivered within the time-frame he stated to us, which we really appreciated. Some places make promises to get the sell but don't deliver on time. Communication is the key and Luke was great at this. The cabinets themselves were very nice and nicer than our fully custom cabinets we had made by a cabinet maker. She not only come up with ideas that I would never have thought of, but she also made sure to incorporate my personal design style and personality. She was always sensitive to cost and worked hard to stay within my budget. She also made it very easy to work with all of the contractors, painters, etc. All of the contractors she works with are professional and really care about their work. In most cases, I did not have to deal directly with anyone other than Jeanelle - so easy! Not only did she stick to the timeline given, but was early in some cases.
