“I initially contacted Longboard a couple of months ago for information. They were extremely helpful and prompt. I received answers to my questions within hours. They were also able to provide me local examples of their product. Thus far, we have installed the Longboard product on our home. It looks terrific. As to the long term quality, time will tell. At this point I am very happy with their customer service and the look of their product.”

“Great product. The foam mold worked great. The only thing I might be worried about would be the joints being a bit too large. Maybe they could make the mortar joints tighter because i'm afraid that the joints will crack from the heat and may crumble into the oven. I was able to take out the form in one piece. I did move the legs out about 4" before I built the rear wall to make it easier to pull the legs out. The square chimney form did not come out easily. I had to smash the Styrofoam to get it out. That made a bit of a mess. The directions were great as well. Easy for anyone to build.”

“Absolutely love the product and the service. My Cabana Garden Shed 8x12 was purchased through an online company, but the Outdoor Living Today Customer Service Manager called us to explain and confirm the product, delivery as well as gave site preparation information. We had one small glitch with one broken piece which was taken care of immediately. Recommend the company and quality of the product highly and look forward to purchasing our pergola in 2013!”

“I purchased clear western red cedar siding from Coastal Cedar Direct for my new home build last year and was impressed not only with the level of customer service, but also the quality of their product. I chose an unfinished micro bevel 1" x 5" board which I then had finished prior to installation. Both my husband and I agree (along with many admiring visitors) that it is the design focal point of our new home.
