“I am not a handy person, I don't have any tools to cut my own pieces nor did I want a not so precise cut from Home Depot. Others suggested local hardware store, but they only seem to do large scale orders and not a small piece I needed to replace a top of a narrow cabinet. So I went on Google and found this site. It looks okay and I decided to give it a shot. After you place your order, you get a confirmation email and that's it. On the site it says they typically ship within 14 business days or earlier, but the more the days passed, the more nervous I became. Did I get scammed? Was this a legitimate site? Should I cancel my credit card? I emailed them to follow up and check in. No response. I give it another day or two then call, but the voicemail says to just send a text. I did. No response. Now I'm getting pretty nervous and decide that I'm going to cancel my credit card, but within a day I get a shipping notification. I received it yesterday and it was perfectly cut to size. So yes, this is a legitimate site and they did a great job. They don't communicate that well so that would be my one tiny complaint, especially for a business that has no reviews online.”
