“I ordered RowlCrown through Home Depot back in January and had just ordered the profile and not the base not knowing that I had to. Tracy from RowlCrown called me directly and let me know that I had to order the base as well. I've never gotten a call like that before and it really meant a lot to me. If she had not taken the time to call me and let me know that I need the base as well I would have received just the profile and corners and I would have been very disappointed that I would have had to wait to order the second part, but since she did I had everything I needed. It arrived very quickly too, I like when there is no hesitation in shipping. I put up the RowlCrown in just a few hours without having to worry about cutting angled corners (which where quite few for the room I did). Honestly the simplicity of installation can't be understated and not having to use power tools was a plus. The surface has somewhat of a matte finish, it's not glossy so it doesn't look cheap, the finish is really finished, no need to paint or anything. Once it's up it's done. If I have to run more cables in the future it won't be any problem at all, taking off the front part and putting it back on is very easy. I was looking to run speakers wires for 7.1 system as well as Ethernet. I was a little worried it wouldn't be enough room behind it, but when I received it I realized just how much room there was. With 7 speaker wires and 1 Ethernet cable I had only taken up half the capacity.”
