Richard helped me come up with some interesting design schemes and gave me samples of tiles, stone, etc. He even drew a very impressive sketch of what the tile pattern could look like and created a more unique flooring pattern. I have dealt with Ann Sacks, Waterworks, ect...- to try to find similar items, only to be disappointed. I highly recommend visiting the showroom for inspiration. it can be overwhelming, so make sure to ask someone for help. It's free and will make a huge difference in the final outcome in your project. Do yourself a favor and go visit. Richard is amazing and will help you plan and design your space, give you samples and quotes, and even help you out once the purchase has been completed.”

“My experience with Galactic Tile was a delight from beginning to end. My husband and I wandered into their showroom on 3rd Avenue in Brooklyn, NY in the early stages of renovations on the brownstone we purchased two years ago. They are located across the street from Costco Warehouse where we shop which is how we discovered them. Upon first entering the showroom, my husband and I were immediatedly awed and enchanted by the beautiful and large selection of tile! “I ordered RowlCrown through Home Depot back in January and had just ordered the profile and not the base not knowing that I had to. Tracy from RowlCrown called me directly and let me know that I had to order the base as well. I've never gotten a call like that before and it really meant a lot to me. If she had not taken the time to call me and let me know that I need the base as well I would have received just the profile and corners and I would have been very disappointed that I would have had to wait to order the second part, but since she did I had everything I needed. It arrived very quickly too, I like when there is no hesitation in shipping. I put up the RowlCrown in just a few hours without having to worry about cutting angled corners (which where quite few for the room I did). Honestly the simplicity of installation can't be understated and not having to use power tools was a plus. The surface has somewhat of a matte finish, it's not glossy so it doesn't look cheap, the finish is really finished, no need to paint or anything. Once it's up it's done. If I have to run more cables in the future it won't be any problem at all, taking off the front part and putting it back on is very easy. I was looking to run speakers wires for 7.1 system as well as Ethernet. I was a little worried it wouldn't be enough room behind it, but when I received it I realized just how much room there was. With 7 speaker wires and 1 Ethernet cable I had only taken up half the capacity.”
