A small addition to the front and creating a very desirable roof line from the typical 1955 sloped roof. He was very attentive to our requests as well as the structural design components such as an en-suite, large front entrance and an open concept main floor. Vaugh accomplished this by utilizing existing walls and flush beams to really open up the smaller space. His pre-inspection of the home was accurate and proved very valuable in the design we were after.
