“My husband and I are working with Jon to design our forever home. We are about 90 percent through design development. Jon has been great throughout the process. I really feel like we’re a team and he’s been able to develop our ideas into a home that fulfills all our needs and embodies our values and aesthetics. We want a home that is healthy and functional but not oversized. Jon is very knowledgeable about healthy building materials and was able to design within our principles and I feel we have everything we need and more. The design is efficient and every inch is intentional. I am so happy with our plan so far and highly recommend Jon. He’s professional, creative, and incredibly detail-oriented.”

“David and his team provide an outstanding level of expertise and service. We hired them to help us figure out how to slowly renovate our 100 year old home, and they helped us identify what was important to us, develop a mission statement for how we approach renovations, and then they collaborated with a team of contractors and vendors to put together a comprehensive book describing our home, its current condition, what needs repairs, and how much those repairs would cost. They also included several options for the areas that we are interested in remodeling down the road. We have also used them to pick out and install window treatments that respect the heritage of the house. They are certainly not the cheapest option out there, but they cannot be beat in terms of excellence and expertise!”

“We first hired Quigley Architects in 2001 to design a traditional home located on the coast of Maine. That build went so well that when we wanted a new, modern home designed for us in Minneapolis in 2014, we hired Quigley again. This new house, completed in August 2015 is everything we wanted; beautiful, warm, friendly and a delight to live in. It integrates so well into our neighborhood of traditional homes that people knock on our door just to tell us how much they appreciate the design. Quigley Architects is everything you want in a custom architect; creative, collaborative and responsive. “Doug has designed two custom homes for us. The first built in 2008 was a modern lakeshore home in North Oaks, Mn incorporating many innovations in design and materials. Over the years the both visitors and passers by have remarked on the stunning result. ( See picture ). The second design is now under construction in Oregon. Doug has been able to take our ideas and translated them into a modern design fitting into a high desert landscape.”
