“Where do we begin? Stephanie Osorio went above and beyond during all aspects of our project. We wanted to build an ADU, it was our first project, and we were GREEN. Stephanie was with us from day one, and walked us through every step. After we obtained permitting from the city, Stephanie was MVP during the building stage.
