“We hired Julie for a "second opinion" on an addition design for our home. The design we had come up with wasn't quite right, and the cost estimate was much higher than we wanted to spend. We told her we were looking for general ideas, and maybe rough concept drawings of a possible new design. She looked at our current plans and photos of our house, and reviewed my comments on the situation. After coming up with several possibilities, she came to our house with her laptop. During the course of a couple hours we were able to work through several scenarios and come up with a new direction that looks better, feels better, and is more in line with our needs and resources.
