The plans were filed with the city and got approval and the renovation was completed with very few problems. Stephen was always available by cell phone to answer any of my concerns. There were a lot of challenges involved including raising a ceiling in the kitchen, moving walls, lowering a floor in the bathroom entrance (moving pipes), restoring a fireplace that was closed up.
