“Geoff took on a property development (mixed commercial and residential) for us through design, quotes, appointment of contractors and project management. Throughout he was thoroughly professional, always on hand to answer questions and to deal with problems and fully in command of expenditure ensuring that we got value for money at every stage. He made excellent use of space proving us with modern, high value rentals that were easy to let. He has been very helpful all through the process and has continued to be so for the two years since its completion. We found him to be personable, friendly and very easy to get on with and would highly recommend him for both commercial and residential projects.”

“I engaged Chris to draw up plans for a house extension and garage conversion into an office and shed. I was extremely impressed with Chris's attitude and professionalism throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of his work, advised me where necessary and came to see me at regular intervals to review the design and ensure I understood all aspects of the work clearly. Chris's knowledge through the planning process was invaluable and helped get this approved effortlessly. His detailed and thorough plans and drawings meant that the builders (a number of whom Chris recommended) could price up this work in an accurate manner and provide detailed timelines for the project. Which as a project manager myself was great to see! There is absolutely no doubt I would use Chris again for any other projects and have happily recommended him to friends and family.”

“Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. “VC Design was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. We contacted Veronica about drawing up plans for our ground floor extension and although conceptually we had a clear idea of what we wanted to she was invaluable in advising us how to best use the space and our options within the parameters of planning. She also contacted previous clients and arranged for us to see the work they had done, this allowed us to see first hand some of the ideas we had discussed. Veronica submitted the planning application and we have now received our approval - a job very well done.”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. “Yihyi has helped our family on a couple of occasions, and both have gone so well that we intend to get her involved in a third project. We can't recommend her highly enough. She helped my brother turn a two bed one bath flat into a three bed two bath flat, creating a great family home from a small space, with flair and care - but without a huge budget. A couple of years later, she has helped me update my loft space and create a living and sleeping space that we absolutely love, and also reworked my bathroom, shower room and small toilet - all of which I love. If you get the chance to hire her - do it!”

“CADup Ltd are a friendly and professional company that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. I have used CAD UP to produce technical detail drawings for my business since 2010 and have always been happy with the service they provide. The drawings are produced with meticulous detail and are presented clearly. Their costs are reasonable and go out of their way to meet deadlines. “CATO creative have designed and project management our house refurbishment. They've literally done everything for us and have designed a fantastic family home that considers everybody including the cats. Right from the start the level of creativity and imagination has they have shown has been fantastic. I never imagined that we've have fairground lights in the loo, a metal staircase to the loft and a gloss red staircase in the hallway - We have! Throughout the process they involved us fully in the fun bits and left us out of all the hard work. They took care of all the planning and permissions required to start the works. To find a builder the team completed a tender for us helping us appoint the right contractor. During the build they managed everybody making sure it all happened at the right time. Hopefully the photographs will be shared soon.”
