“I have worked with many architects over the years, and and can easily say, Clark/ Richardson Architects was hands down the best. They paid close attention to my vision of the spaces I wanted to create in my new home and worked closely with me to bring them to a reality. More than just the visual aesthetic, they created the feel that I was hoping for. Not easy to do when you are remodeling a 90 year old home and have to deal with Historic Preservation guidelines at the same time. They were easy to get along with personally, for both me and my contractor. Their attention to detail was impeccable. I am thrilled with my beautiful, comfortable, 5 star energy efficient home!!”

“My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. Although we ultimately chose to scale back the project significantly, we worked with Renee through the completion of the design stage and were just about ready to send the final plans to the city for their review and approval. The final plans were fantastic and included structural, mechanical, electrical and other design elements. As first time homeowners (and renovators), we really appreciated Renee's insight and constructive feedback with respect to what would and would not work for our home. Renee's attention to detail and responsiveness to our emails and other inquiries made it an absolute pleasure to work with her. She was very professional and courteous throughout the project, and made the process very simple and stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone interested in a fresh take on their home's potential.”

“My wife and I bought 5 acres of land in order to build our dream house. We interviewed several Architects before selecting Daniel, and we are very happy we chose him. We wanted something different from the typical suburban production house that we had in Circle C Ranch. The design process with Daniel was fun and exciting as we figured out the how to best fit our home to the sloping land. We designed a home that specifically met our site and design goals. Daniel is very creative, really thinks out of the box, but is also conscious of figuring out the most cost efficient way to get what he is looking for and still maintain the integrity of the design. He was very receptive to our ideas and had positive input and information to help us design an addition to our home. It was a complicated design equation because we had to incorporate ADA livability. His lateral thinking made our ideas for these challenges even better. Can't thank him enough for his professionalism and friendly disposition. He was also very accommodating to our difficult schedules for meetings. Can't recommend him highly enough!”

“As a contractor I always look forward to working with CG&S Design Build and installing the beautiful landscapes of Architect Gregory Thomas. Over the years I have worked for CG&S I have always been amazed at the quality of design and meticulous attention to detail that I see. They are precise, punctual and always do what is best for the project and the client. I do believe that honesty and the drive to satisfy the client is what has taken them to the top of their game. Many times as a landscaper I am the last person on site. During the project I get to know the clients and spend a lot of time working with them on the details of the landscape, after all the dust has settled, I can say with all honesty that the clients are always happy and in love with their new home or remodel.”

“Carina with Restructure Studio is a talented and thorough designer. We have worked together on two major home renovations including one complete house remodel 3 years ago and more recently, an addition/remodel. We are about to start work on another major addition and remodel which she is currently designing. To cut to the chase, her work is superb and she is a delight to collaborate with. We have always been impressed with the creativity and originality of her designs as well as the responsiveness to client wishes and program requirements. Her attention to detail and conscientiousness is apparent through every phase of the project, from early designs, through estimating, bidding and negotiating as well as construction administration and on site meetings. When working on Carina's projects we know we have decisions made early before they cause delays or complications during construction -- and her conceptual designs look great when implemented!”

“I can't tell you how much I love our Lake Travis home Donovan Davis drew/designed for us. I am certainly not the easiest to please and I am absolutely thrilled with the end results. Donovan was able to capture the lake views from every room and achieved it with amazing style and design. Not only do we have a view from every room but we can see the stars and the moon from several rooms which is truly amazing and one of my favorite features! Donovan was fun to work with, he listened to all of our wants and made my dreams a reality. He surpassed all of my expectations and his passion for Architectures shows when you look at my home. We have had numerous people stop to say how much they like the design of our home so don't hesitate to use this firm they are true professionals that love what they do! “When my husband and I took on a major remodel of our mid century home we interviewed several architects. It was clear from the beginning Jim was the right choice. He asked detailed questions about our lifestyle and our aesthetic preferences, listened carefully and took every detail into account when designing our dream home. The result was an artistic, well functioning design that appeared twice as large without changing the original footprint of the house. Jim was very cost conscious and researched every aspect to help keep us within budget. He worked with the contractor throughout the project making sure the plans were precisely implemented and came up with creative solutions for any unexpected challenges. I could go on with more praises for Jim but probably the best recommendation would be to say without any question we would use him again.”
