We decided to hire her to design a 20 x 27 ft. Master Bedroom Suite addition to our 1950's vintage house. She spent two hours with us touring the complete house, asking questions, drawing plans until she came up with the PERFECT one. We loved it! She gave us tips on how to find a contractor to do the work. Marcia knows her stuff! It was very fun to actually see our plan in the Pioneer Press! “Dreamscape Homebuilders did a beautiful job overall with my home design and build. The design options are very modern and look to provide the greatest bang for the buck. The custom built-ins are beatiful. The counters, cabinets and flooring look amaing as well. The house layout is very functionally focused and I have loved the two weeks I have been in it. There were only a couple of small designs that were missed that I asked for. I feel the communication could have been a little better between the builder and the designer. In the end, I will probably make those small changes myself. Overall, the house turned out great and I am happy with the way it turned out.”
