“I had the pleasure of working directly with Andy Roteman during a period of approximately 3 years, 2015-2018 in raising money for a capital project at La Cumbre Junior High School sponsored by the Santa Barbara based non-profit organization, La Cumbre Foundation. From beginning to end as the designated architect selected by the La Cumbre Foundation board of directors Andy Roteman donated numerous hours in developing the plans for the project, taking the plans all the way through the review process with the various mandatory agencies, including the Santa Barbara Unified School District. He was patience and tolerant of delays and modifications that needed to be made. In the end the $325,000.00 beautification project leading to the school's performing arts center has greatly enhanced La Cumbre Junior High School and the Westside Community at large. I would hire Andy Roteman of Roteman Eberhard and Associates again for a capital project or my own personal property.”
